This policy explains how Vision LEON LLC handles refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, donations, and event-related purchases. It is intended to provide clear expectations before you complete a purchase, registration, or subscription.

Digital Products and Downloads

All sales of digital products, downloadable resources, and other instant-access content are final once access has been granted or the file has been delivered. Because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, Vision LEON LLC does not offer refunds on completed digital purchases except where required by law.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue accessing a file you purchased, contact leondantes@visionleon.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. When a subscription is canceled, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Vision LEON LLC does not provide partial refunds for unused time remaining in an active subscription term, except where required by law.

Courses, Speaking Engagements, and Events

For paid courses, workshops, speaking engagements, or scheduled events, refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation.

  • Cancellations requested at least 30 days before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the scheduled start date may not be eligible for a refund.
  • When possible, a canceled registration may be rescheduled for a future date instead of refunded.

If you need to cancel or request rescheduling, contact leondantes@visionleon.com as early as possible.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation has been submitted, Vision LEON LLC does not issue refunds for donated amounts except where required by law.
