Refund and Subscription Policy

General Policy

Vision LEON LLC aims to provide clear expectations before a purchase, registration, subscription, donation, or service agreement is completed. Please review all product descriptions, service details, course information, event terms, subscription terms, and purchase terms before completing a transaction.

Refunds are handled according to the type of purchase, the timing of the request, the delivery status of the product or service, and any applicable legal requirements.

Digital Products and Downloads

All sales of digital products, downloadable resources, templates, PDFs, worksheets, guides, recorded materials, and other instant-access content are final once access has been granted or the file has been delivered.

Because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, Vision LEON LLC does not offer refunds on completed digital purchases except where required by law.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a file or digital product you purchased, contact Vision LEON LLC and we will make a reasonable effort to help resolve the access issue.

Subscriptions and Memberships

Subscriptions and memberships may be canceled at any time unless a specific purchase agreement states otherwise. When a subscription is canceled, the cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Vision LEON LLC does not provide partial refunds for unused time remaining in an active subscription or membership period, except where required by law.

Canceling a subscription stops future billing. It does not automatically refund prior payments or the current billing period.

Courses, Workshops, Speaking Engagements, and Events

Refund eligibility for paid courses, workshops, speaking engagements, training sessions, or scheduled events depends on the timing of the cancellation request and the nature of the event.

• Cancellations requested at least 30 days before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations requested fewer than 30 days before the scheduled start date may not be eligible for a refund.
• When possible, a canceled registration may be rescheduled for a future date instead of refunded.
• Custom services, consulting preparation, private training, and reserved dates may be subject to separate written terms.

If you need to cancel or request rescheduling, contact Vision LEON LLC as early as possible.

Consulting, Coaching, and Custom Services

Consulting, coaching, leadership-development services, custom training preparation, written strategy work, and other individualized services may require preparation time before the scheduled session or delivery date.

Refund eligibility for custom services depends on the service agreement, the amount of work already completed, the timing of the cancellation, and whether a scheduled time or deliverable has already been reserved or prepared.

Separate written agreements, invoices, or service terms may override this general policy when they apply to a specific engagement.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation has been submitted, Vision LEON LLC does not issue refunds for donated amounts except where required by law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If there is a problem with a purchase, subscription, event registration, service, or digital product, please contact Vision LEON LLC before opening a payment dispute when possible.

Vision LEON LLC reserves the right to provide documentation of product delivery, access, service terms, cancellation terms, refund terms, and communication history when responding to chargebacks or payment disputes.
