My Journey Through Work: From Tools to Thought Leadership

What jobs have you had?

What jobs have you had?

That question doesn’t just ask for a résumé. It asks for a story. And mine begins with my hands and continues with my mind—and my family.

From Hands-On Labor to Purpose-Driven Leadership

I’ve worn many hats over the years. I’ve done plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall and painting, appliance installation, furniture assembly, tile work, and pressure washing. These aren’t just services I offer through Vision LEON LLC—they’re how I built my integrity, one job at a time.

Vision LEON LLC is more than a company—it’s a family-owned American business built on resilience and trust. My wife and I started it together, and every service we offer reflects our commitment to quality, responsibility, and community.

Husband. Father. Builder of Homes and Minds.

I’m a husband and a father of three. It hasn’t always been easy, but working together as a family is how we’ve endured the hardest seasons. Every challenge—financial, emotional, or physical—has taught us to show up stronger. That’s why when I speak of resilience, I’m not talking about theory. I’m talking about lived experience.

Author, Ghostwriter, and Creative Strategist

I also write and publish books rooted in leadership and mental health, including:

  • Leadership Lessons from the Edge of Mental Health
  • The Resilient Philosopher: The Prism of Reality

In addition to writing my own books, I work as a freelance ghostwriter and leadership strategist, helping others share their voice and vision. Whether it’s a story of transformation or a lesson in legacy, I turn ideas into published work.

Host of

The Resilient Philosopher

 Podcast

My podcast, The Resilient Philosopher, is an extension of everything I live and teach. Available in English and Spanish, it explores the burden of authentic leadership, the struggles we hide, and the truth we must face if we want to grow. It’s not just content—it’s a conversation for people ready to lead without a mask.

Final Thoughts

So, what jobs have I had?

I’ve repaired homes. I’ve written books. I’ve mentored leaders. I’ve carried the title of handyman, writer, coach, and host. But above all, I’m a husband, a father, and a builder of resilience—in my family, my business, and my purpose.
